Media Relations
Seton Hall University’s Office of Media Relations in the Division of University Relations works collaboratively with the PR and Marketing Team and campus partners (ie. faculty, students, administrators, staff, alumni) in responding to media inquiries and opportunities for publicity. It also serves as the initial point of contact for the press.

Details media relations services available to University community members, including what media relations counsel we provide, instructions on press release creation timeframes (two to three weeks), pitching research and achievements, developing Media Expert profiles, and an explanation on University guidelines for working with the press.

Details the Office's role as the initial point of contact for media inquiries, University guidelines for the media requesting information or assistance, assistance in identifying subject area experts for general information, responding to breaking news, and policies around point of contact for crisis communications.
