7 ½ miles/15 minute drive from Newark Airport, a 10 minute walk to the nearest train
station, and only a 30 minute train ride from Manhattan.
Does Seton Hall have wireless internet access on campus?
Yes…but you will have to obtain the appropriate access use from PC Support Services

Are conference guests allowed to have visitors?
Guests can have visitors if their group leader/director has made arrangements with
the Housing Office. You may not have overnight guests at any time! If guests are permitted

There is not a specific campus curfew for summer guests. Individual group leaders
may establish their own specific guidelines. We do ask all groups to be courteous
of the other groups sharing the same facility, especially evening/overnight.
Is there a cleaning service that cleans the rooms daily?
No. Once you've checked into your room it is your responsibility to maintain, clean,
and take out the trash until you check-out. All rooms must be left in broom-swept
condition upon check out.
Is the campus safe?
Yes! The entire campus is a gated community and all guests must have a valid ID to
enter and access the campus. All residential facilities have a front desk that is
operational 24 hours a day by student staff and security. All guests must have an
ID to enter the building.
What types of things should I pack for my stay?
Twin XL size sheets (or sleeping bag), blanket, pillow, towels, toiletries, slippers/flip-flops,
and alarm clock.
Will I get a key to my room?
Each guest is issued a room key and ID card upon checking in and is expected to turn
in both when checking out. If you've lost either the key or ID card you will be charged
a replacement fee. Our staff is also available should you get locked out of your room
during your stay. Please note that you'll be charged a lockout fee.
Does Seton Hall provide intern housing for non-affiliated Seton Hall guests interning
in the area?
No, summer housing is only offered to guests participating in a conference hosted
on Seton Hall University's campus or enrolled Seton Hall students.
Under no circumstances will a group leader or staff member be issued a master key for the building or their group's specific rooms.
