Our Lady of GuadalupeCampus Ministry and the G.K. Chesterton Institute for Faith & Culture announce Seton Hall’s Monthly Spanish Mass for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

South Orange, August 16, 2024—For 15 years Seton Hall University has offered a Monthly Spanish Mass for students, faculty, and administrators.

It is with great pleasure that Campus Ministry and the G. K. Chesterton Institute for Faith & Culture announce 2024-2025 schedule for the Monthly Spanish Mass at Seton Hall University. The Masses are celebrated at St. Joseph’s Chapel—Boland Hall—at 12:30 pm by Father Luis Garcia, Vice-Rector of St. Andrew’s College Seminary.

Father Nicholas Sertich, director of Campus Ministry, remarks: “In a place like Seton Hall, where the cultural diversity of the university community is one of our greatest strengths, our team at Campus Ministry is proud to show our pastoral concern and loving support for the Spanish-speaking members of our campus family. Prayer in one’s native language is, undoubtedly, one of the greatest witnesses to the universality of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and we are grateful to make that witness a living reality here at Seton Hall.”

The dates are as follows:

FALL 2024 – 12:30 pm - Boland Hall Chapel

• Wednesday, October 2
• Wednesday, November 6
• Wednesday, December 4

In celebration of Spanish Heritage Month, Seton Hall University will offer a Special Spanish Mass on Sunday, October 6 at 8:00 pm at the Main Chapel.

SPRING 2025 – 12:30 pm - Boland Hall Chapel

• Wednesday, March 12
