Health Care Meets Servant Leadership
Seton Hall University is recognized for being both academically rigorous and steeped in Catholic tradition and values. A spirit of generosity and commitment flourishes on campus, and the spirit of service is demonstrated by Seton Hall students and faculty in many ways, putting values into action. We have made it our mission to prepare leaders in a global society and have led the way in internationalization and technological innovation, while holding fast to our Catholic faith.
Outside-The-Classroom: Learning at its Finest
At Seton Hall, we don’t believe that a comprehensive education takes place entirely in the classroom. That’s why we partner with a wealth of companies, organizations and even countries across the globe to incorporate real-world experiences into our programs. Here are just a few examples of opportunities offered to our students:
Students in the M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis program can get involved with the Seton Center for Community and Population Health, which partners with community health agencies focused on improving the health status of N.J. residents.
College of Human Development, Culture, and Media students in the ABA program complete two practicum courses during which they are placed in local, highly regarded ABA agencies and schools with Affiliation Agreements through Seton Hall University.
College of Nursing and School of Health and Medical Sciences students will have clinical experiences in some of New Jersey’s best hospitals and agencies in healthcare systems such as Hackensack Meridian Health, RWJBarnabas Health and Atlantic Health System.
