A Love of Languages Inspires Seton Hall’s Newest Boren Scholar
Kelly Tobin, a rising junior from California, will be studying at the Azerbaijan University of Languages this fall as part of the Boren Scholarship program.
Fellowships offer funding for study opportunities of many different kinds including study abroad or in the United States. If you are interested in applying for a fellowship it is never too early to begin learning about the process.
