New Jersey State Law
In compliance with New Jersey’s State law, this report contains information regarding reports of alleged violations of the University’s Anti-Hazing Policy. This report includes any organization, regardless of University recognition, a summary of the violation(s), and the finding(s) regardless of outcome within the last five years.

| March 25, 2026 | Phi Kappa Theta (ΦKΘ) Fraternity alleged to have been involved in hazing behavior of new members in 2023 and 2025. (Specifically: physical abuse, personal servitude, and harassment). |
Investigation yielded sufficient evidence to charge the chapter with violations of the University hazing policy. Additionally, chapter leadership acknowledged hazing behavior conducted by former members corroborating initial report. As a result, the chapter was found responsible and their recognition was revoked for a period of five years. The chapter is no longer affiliated with Seton Hall University. |

Campus Hazing Transparency Report
In compliance with Section 485(f) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1092(f)), the Campus Hazing Transparency Report provides a summary of findings concerning any recognized student organizations that have been found in violation of the University’s Non-Hazing Policy as of January 1, 2025.
