Nicole Paternoster has worked in higher education for the past 15 years, where she started as a peer tutor and a Supplemental Instructor. Nicole's entire career has been in tutoring centers, and she is dedicated to student success and believes that tutoring and academic coaching are essential to help students reach their goals. Nicole has a Master of Science in Educational Technology from the University of Central Missouri and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Wilmington University.

Ted McCulloch, M.A.
Program Coordinator of the Academic Resource Center
Ted McCulloch is the Program Coordinator for the Academic Resource Center at Seton Hall University. Prior to working for Seton Hall, he was the Writing Center Coordinator and an English faculty member at Sussex County Community College. He has taught writing and literature to college and high school students for almost 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Master of Arts in English from Seton Hall University.

Wendiann Sethi, Ed.D.
Director of Developmental Mathematics & Coordinator of Math Tutoring

Wendiann Sethi is the director of the Developmental Mathematics program at Seton Hall University. She has over 15 years of experience teaching lower-level Mathematics classes ranging from Basic Mathematics to Business Calculus and Statistics. She has taught at Seton Hall University and SUNY at Buffalo. Wendiann has a Master of Science in Mathematics from Seton Hall University, a Master of Arts in Statistics from SUNY at Buffalo, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Research, Assessment and Program Evaluation from Seton Hall University. She is a professional and personal coach and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
