Anchored at Seton Hall

Who We Are

Anchored is a student-run social media initiative within Campus Ministry rooted in Seton Hall's Catholic mission, dedicated to spreading hope, encouragement and authentic connection across campus. Through short videos, photos and posts, Anchored highlights the people, stories and faith that make up our community — reminding every Pirate that no matter what the week brings, they're never navigating it alone. Follow along and join the conversation at #stayanchored.

The Stories We Tell

Anchored covers campus life through a few recurring series. Here's what to look for:

  • Humans of Seton Hall puts a name and a story to the familiar faces you pass on campus every day. Each feature shares a real, personal moment from a student, staff or faculty member's life — the challenges they've faced, the lessons they've learned and what keeps them grounded. It's about reminding the Seton Hall community that behind every face in the quad is a story worth knowing.
  • Priest POV gives our campus priests the mic. In this series, members of our Priest Community share reflections, answer real questions from students, and offer a glimpse into their own faith journeys — from the everyday to the profound. It's an honest, personal look at how our priests see campus life, ministry and God at work in the Seton Hall community.
  • Motivational Mondays deliver a quote or message of encouragement to kick off the week right. Whether it's from Scripture, a Seton Hall community member or a voice that's inspired us, each post is designed to reset your mindset and carry a little extra motivation into your Monday — and beyond.
