Seton Hall Launches Branded Templates for PowerPoint and Word

Seton Hall Branded Powerpoint TemplateIn alignment with Seton Hall University’s strategic plan and updated brand platform, University Relations, in partnership with the Department of Information Technology, has introduced new branded templates for Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. These resources are designed to strengthen the consistency, professionalism, and impact of university communications by incorporating Seton Hall’s official colors, fonts, logos and layouts.

A strong and cohesive visual identity plays a crucial role in shaping the perception and reception of institutional messages. By providing standardized templates, the university ensures that all presentations and documents reflect a unified brand image, reinforcing Seton Hall’s identity across internal and external communications.

"This initiative makes it easier for our community to communicate with consistency and impact," said Christopher Petruzzi, director of Design and Digital Media. "By integrating these templates directly into Microsoft 365, we are ensuring that University community members have access to resources that align seamlessly with Seton Hall’s visual design language and enhance the creation of professional and academic presentations across campus."

Whether used for academic presentations, administrative reports, or university-wide initiatives, these branding resources help maintain a polished and professional appearance, fostering greater recognition and trust in Seton Hall’s messaging. Seton Hall students, faculty, and staff can easily access university templates by logging into the desktop or web versions of Word and PowerPoint with their Seton Hall credentials. Please note that university templates are not currently available on the mobile apps for iOS or Android.
