Duo Mobile App Update Required to Maintain Secure Access

Duo Two-Factor Authentication is implementing a required security update that affects how Duo Push notifications are delivered. Devices running older versions of the Duo Mobile app may experience issues receiving Duo Push notifications if the app is not updated by February 2, 2026. To avoid login disruptions, users who rely on Duo Push should confirm that the app is updated on all devices used for two-factor authentication.

Check for Updates

If you have replaced your phone or are already using a newer device with an updated version of Duo Mobile, no action may be needed. However, users are encouraged to review their Duo settings and remove any old or unused devices to avoid future issues.
