High school students have the opportunity this summer to take academically rigorous, college-prep coursework. See below for potential Pre-college offerings for Summer 2025. Programs will be offered between July 7 through July 17.

Credit and non-credit options are available.

This course will explore the Catholic perspective on what it means to live a fulfilling and joyful life, examining the relationship between humans and God through history, theology, and philosophy.


Essentials of Cybersecurity and Information Security

2 Weeks: Half-Day

Essentials of Cybersecurity and Information Security is designed for students eager to unravel the secrets of cybersecurity and information security, empowering them with essential knowledge and skills to safeguard the digital realm.


Introduction to Baseball Analytics

1 Week: Half-Day

Step into the thrilling world where data meets home runs in Baseball Analytics. This dynamic pre-college course introduces participants to the captivating realm of baseball analytics, where numbers transform into strategic game-changers on the field.


Introduction to Health Sciences and Health Careers

2 Weeks: Half-Day

This introductory course is for students interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare profession. The purpose of the course is for students to gain a basic knowledge of the skills required for diverse health professions. 


Giant Leap STEM Program: Robotics & Electronics, Mechanics, Weather and Climate Sustainability

1 Week: Full-Day

Embark on an exciting journey of discovery with Giant Leap STEM Academy, a pre-college STEM program designed to allow high school students to explore diverse career fields in STEM from Robotics, Weather, Climate & Sustainability to Mechanics and Electronics.


Investing 101: Managing a Live Financial Portfolio

1 Week: Half-Day

Embark on a week-long journey into the dynamic world of finance with Investing 101: Managing a Live Financial Portfolio. Designed as an immersive summer program for high school students, this course aims to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of investing while providing hands-on experience through the management of a real-world investment portfolio.


SAT/ACT & College Application Prep

This intensive program covers SAT preparation, application essay writing, and tips for navigating college applications, all taught by experienced instructors. Students leave with a stronger academic foundation, ready to take the next steps toward their college journey with confidence.

Summer Entrepreneurship Institute

2 Weeks: Full-Day

The Summer Entrepreneurship Institute is a 9-day program that covers the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, small business startups and product creation. The program is intended for high school students interested in the topic with no prior knowledge needed.


Video Game Programming

2 Weeks: Half-Day

The Introduction to Video Programming I course, introduces students to video game development and programming. Dive headfirst into the thrilling realm of video game development with the introductory Videogame Programming course. This electrifying introductory course is designed to ignite your passion for creating virtual worlds and bring your gaming fantasies to life through hands-on, immersive experiences.
