and students are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible.
The program will connect Seton Hall students with Ukrainian university students learning English. Participants can converse about culture, university life and language while gaining international experience in a virtual setting.
Jessica Wilson, director of the Global Learning Center, said the exchange will provide students with a meaningful opportunity to broaden their perspectives.
"We're excited to have Seton Hall students get a new perspective on the world by interacting with Ukrainian students, who are equally excited to talk about their homes and lives. I anticipate everyone will learn a lot while having the chance to make new international friends."
She emphasized that students who sign up should be prepared to commit to attending.
"This new project is an exciting opportunity for our students to connect with English language students at Ukrainian Catholic University who want to practice the language and have conversations about American culture and life in an American university."
Students interested in participating should contact Jessica Wilson as soon as possible. Those who sign up will receive a Zoom link before the event.
