Renowned Professor to Present on Faith and Reason - Seton Hall University
Monday, January 14, 2019

"Strength of Hope: On the Practice of Philosophy in Fides et ratio". The event will occur on Thursday, February 14, at 3 p.m. in the Faculty Lounge, University Center.
About the lecture:
In Fides et ratio, philosophy is committed to serving the expansion of right reason, refuting claims
against the possibility of enduring truth, and spelling out the spiritual dimension
of being human. Each of these tasks requires a form of courage that deserves our close
attention, because a good understanding of it may shed some light on the nature of
being and thinking in the modern world.
