Education Studies - K-12 Teacher Certification Webinar
Designed for aspiring teachers looking for K-12 Teacher Certification and Preparation, this online information session will feature information about our M.A.E. in Elementary Teaching and non-degree Certificates of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (both Elementary and Secondary available) programs. These programs begin annually in January and follows a flexible, accelerated format delivered through a combination of online, weekend and hybrid courses. Because of the program’s full-time student teaching placement in the spring semester — paired with supervised mentorship and weekly education seminars focused on instructional strategies and real classroom challenges — students graduate with the practical teaching skills, professional confidence, and classroom readiness needed to thrive as certified elementary school teachers.
Our CEAS - Secondary Teaching program leads to nomination for N.J. certification in select content areas, including
choice of English, Mathematics, Biological Science, Chemistry, Physics, Social Studies,
Art, Theater, French, Italian or Spanish.
Existing educators looking to add additional endorsements are also invited. Areas
include Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, Special Education Transition and Teacher of Students with Disabilities. All Educational Studies programs will prepare you to be the best teacher you can
be to support and improve the lives of children, families and communities in which
they work.
