Stillman School Invites Prospective Students to Graduate Virtual Info Session

virtual information sessionThe Stillman School of Business will host a Graduate Virtual Information Session featuring all of its graduate programs on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 6 - 7 p.m. ET.

Stillman will bring together representatives from all graduate programs — including the M.B.A., M.S. in Professional Accounting, M.S. in Business Analytics and other specialized master’s and certificate programs into a single, comprehensive session. The evening will begin with a joint presentation before attendees move into program-specific breakout sessions to explore individual areas of study in greater depth.

“This format allows prospective students to gain both a broad understanding of the Stillman graduate experience and detailed insight into the program that best fits their goals,” said Olga Velasquez, director of graduate admissions.
Faculty members participating in the event include Joyce Strawser, Ph.D., dean and associate professor of accounting and taxation; Mark Schild, M.B.A., associate dean for student success and instructor of finance; Hongfei Frank Tang, Ph.D., chair and professor of finance; Penina Orenstein, Ph.D., associate professor of computing and decision sciences; and Danielle DiMeglio, M.B.A., instructor of accounting and taxation and director of graduate accounting programs. Current graduate students will also take part in the breakout sessions to share their experiences and answer questions.

The information session will cover academic offerings, admissions requirements and available scholarships and assistantships. Attendees will also learn about GMAT/GRE waiver options, as well as career outcomes associated with each program. In addition, an application fee waiver will be granted to attendees who subsequently apply to one of Stillman’s graduate programs.

As attendees explore Stillman’s graduate programs, they’ll learn about offerings that have earned both national recognition and international accreditation for academic excellence.

The Stillman School’s part-time M.B.A. program is ranked by U.S. News & World Report as No. 2 in New Jersey and the No. 1 private M.B.A. program in the state. In the Princeton Review’s "Best Business Schools for 2025," the Stillman School’s M.B.A. programs were highlighted for excellence across three categories: Best Business Schools, Best Business Schools (Northeast) and Best Online M.B.A. Programs.

Earlier this year, the Stillman School of Business reaffirmed its elite status with dual AACSB accreditation in business and accounting, remaining among the fewer than 2 percent of business schools worldwide to hold both distinctions. In addition, the School’s M.S. in Accounting program earned endorsement by IMA (Institute of Management Accountants), one of the largest and most respected associations focused exclusively on advancing the management accounting profession.
