The K–12 Supervisor Certificate Program at Seton Hall University is a fully online, four-course graduate sequence designed to meet the New Jersey Department of Education’s requirements for the Supervisor Endorsement. This non-degree certification program prepares experienced educators to take on leadership roles focused on curriculum development, instructional supervision, and school improvement.

Certificate Eligibility 

To be eligible for the supervisor certificate, individuals must meet additional New Jersey Department of Education requirements. Requirements include a master's degree and a minimum of three years certificated teaching experience.
